What did the credit-instead-of-markdown returns policy change?
The first trunk show is still ahead of us. Credit in place of markdown came out of vetting his financials, which had not been thought through enough. The concept was great and he was raising money on it. Where he fell short was making it real on the financial side. When we call something an investor-readiness packet, it means we looked around every corner, and returns were one of those corners.
